Creative capacity
Keep the adverts supplied with fresh angles
One focused shoot becomes different hooks, questions and treatment messages rather than six superficial edits of the same advert.
For established aesthetic and skin clinics
One commercially sensible treatment, a focused monthly shoot and Meta campaigns kept supplied with genuinely different creative.
The pressure on a small clinic team
Keeping an ad account switched on is easy. Producing enough useful creative and learning which leads become patients is the difficult part.
Creative capacity
One focused shoot becomes different hooks, questions and treatment messages rather than six superficial edits of the same advert.
Better enquiries
Choose the focus using price, margin, capacity, seasonality and patient suitability before increasing spend.
Lead feedback
Track contacted, booked, attended, treated and lost leads so campaign decisions are not based on cost per form alone.
Clinic Ads, Content Included
The clinic continues treating patients and handling enquiries. The commercial focus, filming, adverts and campaign management are handled as one engagement.
per month for 90 days
minimum £1,200 monthly Meta spend, paid directly to Meta
Founding scope: one clinic, one location, one primary treatment and one Meta ad account within practical travelling distance of DH2 3HU.
How the clinic test works
The goal is a commercially viable flow of enquiries the clinic can contact, book, treat and measure, not the cheapest possible form lead.
Choose one treatment with the economics and capacity to support growth.
Capture practitioner, clinic and treatment content in one focused session.
Build three hypotheses around patient questions, objections and motives.
Launch, review and rotate the creative where the evidence supports it.
Use contacted, booked, attended and treated outcomes for the next decision.
Relevant clinic experience
The evidence demonstrates hands-on aesthetics, booking, CRM, email and lifecycle experience. It does not claim a proven clinic Meta booking result that has not yet been measured.
Multi-location aesthetics
Experience included campaign execution, patient journeys, Phorest-related data, audience hygiene, attribution gaps and customer communication.
This supports category understanding and lifecycle execution. It is not presented as a five-location clinic Meta ads case study.
Commercial fit
Advertising can amplify a proven treatment. It cannot create appointment capacity, answer the leads or replace clinical and legal approval.
Before you commit
The treatment must be lawful to advertise and clinically appropriate for public promotion. Prescription-only medicines, including Botox, cannot be advertised to the public. The clinic remains responsible for clinical and legal approval.
One focused session of up to two hours is included each month. The clinic supplies a practitioner and appropriately consenting patients or models. The plan is agreed in advance so the session produces distinct advertising concepts rather than random social clips.
A named clinic team member should own new enquiries and record the outcome. Slow or inconsistent follow-up makes the campaign harder to assess and wastes demand the clinic has already paid to generate.
No. Results also depend on the treatment, price, sales process, availability and patient suitability. The planning, filming, campaign build, management and reporting process are guaranteed. Once access, the approved brief and filming are complete, the first campaign will be ready within 14 working days or no further management instalment is due until it is ready.
A focused £500 Clinic Ad Creative Test may be offered after qualification. It clarifies the treatment economics and creates a small set of usable concepts without becoming a cheap version of the retainer.
