Most businesses I work with aren’t short of ideas or effort. Something is quietly working against them — ads spending money but not scaling, an email list doing nothing, staff doing by hand what should happen automatically, a customer journey that leaks revenue at every step.
The fix is rarely one thing. It’s usually a combination talking to each other badly. The ad sends people to a slow website. The website has no email capture. The email has no automation. The automation has never been set up.
That’s what I find. And that’s what I fix. Not just the marketing bit. All of it.
