Crunchy Ads founder

I run Crunchy Ads from Chester-le-Street in the North East of England.

I’ve been doing this since 2020. Before that I worked in-house — running marketing teams, managing budgets, being responsible for the actual numbers. Not just the activity. The revenue.

I don’t specialise in one channel. I look at the whole business — ads, email, brand, systems, operations — and find where the money is being lost or the time is being wasted. The job is always the same: find the constraint and remove it.

I work on retainer with a small number of clients. Not one-off projects. Not “let’s try a month.” I work with businesses that want someone properly in it with them — not passing through.

Most of my clients stay 2–3 years. That’s the only number I actually care about.
