Bring good customers back

One person to join the dots

You should be able to see how the work supports the sale. Here is the thinking behind the three parts of the service.

Create

Give people a reason to stop

Product demonstrations, founder stories, customer questions and useful comparisons become distinct creative ideas to test.

Your part: share product knowledge, approve the work and help arrange access for filming.

Advertise

Find what earns its budget

Connect the message, offer and destination. Compare the cost and quality of the resulting purchases or enquiries before deciding what deserves more spend.

Your part: share margin, sales and capacity information so decisions reflect the business.

Follow up

Make the next purchase easier

Choose the most useful customer journey first, such as abandoned checkout, new enquiries or customer reactivation, and build the messages around it.

Your part: provide access to your customer platform and handle replies or bookings.

More qualified demand Fresh ad creative More repeat revenue Clearer decisions

Turn inconsistent marketing into a growth system

A good business can still lose revenue when demand is unpredictable, adverts go stale, enquiries cool off and customers buy once then disappear.

Fix the leaks, then put more money behind what works!

01

Predictable demand

Build demand you can influence

Keep the referrals, but add a controllable route to the customers you need for the next hire, location, treatment room or stock order.

02

Better creative

Give your campaigns more chances to win

Test genuinely different messages and formats, so one tired advert does not have to carry the entire budget.

03

Follow-up

Recover revenue already within reach

Bring warm enquiries, past customers and abandoned purchases back into the conversation before paying to find more strangers.

04

Clear decisions

Know what deserves more budget

Judge marketing by bookings, purchases and returning customers, not a tidy report full of clicks.

Different industries, the same growth problem

Acquire the right customer, turn interest into revenue and give that customer a reason to return.

01

Appointment-led

Fill valuable appointment capacity and encourage repeat bookings

For aesthetics, advanced skin, dental, private health, wellness and other premium appointment businesses.

What happens in the first month?

The sequence below is the working plan. Launch dates depend on access, approvals and the production agreed for your business.

01 / Understand

Agree what is worth growing

Review your offer, margins, current marketing and customer journey. Agree the priority, access needed and how success will be measured.

02 / Build and launch

Turn the plan into live work

Develop the first creative ideas, arrange production, prepare the campaign and build the priority follow-up journey. You approve the work before launch.

03 / Learn and improve

Use the response to decide next steps

Review early campaign evidence alongside sales or enquiry quality. Agree what to change, what to keep testing and what needs attention elsewhere in the business.

More people moving from email towards a booking

The work covered email campaigns and customer follow-up across a five-clinic business. Sixteen campaigns were delivered in one month. Average clickers per campaign increased by 19%; separate tracking recorded 634 interactions, including 311 booking or consultation interactions.

Measured honestly: the system tracked interactions, not completed appointments or revenue.

Follow-up that keeps customers from going cold

Automations, email flows and campaigns built across ecommerce and appointment-led businesses to recover more value from existing audiences.

The benefit: less dependence on constantly paying to reach a completely new customer.

More demand helps when your business is ready to fulfil it

The strongest results start with a proven offer, healthy economics and a team that can respond when customers arrive.

Check your fit

Probably ready

  • The offer or product is already proven.
  • There is healthy margin and capacity or stock.
  • Someone owns enquiries, bookings or customer service.
  • The business can share useful sales and customer data.
  • There is budget for the service and meaningful media.

Probably not yet

  • Advertising is expected to validate an unproven offer.
  • The business needs immediate payback to meet payroll.
  • No one can respond to or track new demand.
  • There is no ability to fulfil more sales.
  • You need a smaller project before committing to ongoing support.

Senior strategy, without the junior handoff

The same person looks at the commercial problem, creates the work, manages the campaigns and decides what should happen next.

That means fewer handovers, faster learning and creative decisions made with the campaign data in view.

Piotr’s experience spans ecommerce, aesthetics, hospitality, fashion and beauty, including paid media, launches, email systems, content and customer journeys. He has also completed the ABM Effective Business Mentoring course and takes part in Help to Grow.

Know what you are buying before you commit

Clear scope, sensible expectations and no surprise extras.

What happens after I get in touch?

Send your website and the main issue you want help with. Piotr will reply to clarify the situation and agree the next step. An initial conversation is free. Any paid review, production or ongoing work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

How much time will you need from me?

You will need to provide access, explain the offer and economics, approve creative, and share what happens to enquiries or sales. Filming may also need you or your team. We agree those responsibilities and approval deadlines in the scope so you know what to set aside.

Who owns the accounts and pays for advertising?

Campaigns run in your business accounts, with access granted for management. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platform. Access, finished assets and handover arrangements are documented in the agreement before work begins.

How much creative and email work is included?

The package includes creative development and one priority follow-up journey. Before you sign, the scope specifies the number and formats of assets, filming time, revisions and messages for your business. Daily social posting, unlimited production and a full email campaign calendar are not included.

Can we start with the £500 project?

Yes, where a focused diagnosis and creative test will answer a useful question. We agree the question, deliverables, timetable and any separate media spend before you pay. There is no automatic move into a retainer.

What happens after the initial 90 days?

We review the evidence and discuss whether to continue, change the scope or finish. Renewal, notice and payment terms are set out in the agreement before the initial engagement starts.

Do you only work with aesthetic clinics?

No. The service suits established ecommerce and appointment businesses where better creative, advertising and follow-up can work together. The first conversation checks whether your problem, budget and the work needed are a fit.

Do you manage both Meta and Google?

The core engagement includes one primary paid channel, chosen around the buying journey. Managing Meta and Google simultaneously adds £500 per month and needs enough media budget to support both properly.

How much advertising spend is needed?

For appointment-led businesses, a useful starting range is normally £1,500 to £3,000 per month. For ecommerce, the starting point is normally at least £3,000. The actual recommendation depends on economics, geography, data and the cost of learning.

Is filming included?

For suitable North East appointment-led clients, a focused monthly session is included in the defined scope. Ecommerce production depends on products, location and the creative plan. Models, influencers and large production days are quoted separately.

Can you guarantee sales or ROAS?

No. Advertising interacts with the offer, price, sales process, capacity, stock and customer experience. The agreed work and transparent decision-making are guaranteed, but a commercial outcome shaped by factors outside the campaigns is not.

What if the business is not ready for 90 days?

A £500 paid diagnosis and creative test may be appropriate. It is designed to clarify the commercial focus, expose the main journey problem and produce a small set of usable creative rather than becoming a cheap version of the retainer.
