See the whole business before you fix another symptom

As a business becomes more complex, disconnected fixes stop being enough. The next constraint often sits across strategy, people, systems and the owner’s own decisions.

01

Revenue, customers or the team have grown, but too many decisions still wait for you.

02

You have several credible opportunities and no confident basis for choosing which deserves focus.

03

Activity is increasing, yet profit, capacity or progress are not becoming easier to see.

04

The team and systems have not kept pace with what the business now expects from them.

05

You need a plan you understand, believe in and feel equipped to lead.

Work on the business and the way you lead it

Business decisions and leadership habits affect each other. A sound strategy still needs the judgement and behaviour required to carry it through.

Develop the business

Make the commercial reality easier to see

  • Understand the numbers, customers and evidence behind the symptoms
  • Clarify direction, positioning and the route to growth
  • Find constraints across priorities, capacity, systems and people
  • Turn strategic choices into actions and measures

Develop the person

Strengthen how you lead and decide

  • Recognise assumptions, avoidance and patterns shaping your choices
  • Build decision confidence and rely less on outside advisers
  • Clarify your role, delegation and expectations of the team
  • Build accountability and a way of leading you can sustain

Your Growth & Leadership Plan

The engagement gives you a living plan that connects what the business needs next with how you need to lead it.

We build it together, so you can explain the choices, own the actions and update the plan when the evidence changes.

01

Current position

The evidence, objectives and realities we are starting from.

02

Core constraint

The issue most likely to limit progress if it remains unresolved.

03

Strategic priorities

The few decisions that matter now. Everything else waits.

04

90-day actions

Clear ownership, sequence and measures for the next stage.

05

Leadership commitments

The behaviours, conversations and changes required from you.

06

Review rhythm

What you will inspect, when you will review it and how you will adapt.

Improve your decisions with experience, practical tools and honest challenge

Each part has a job. Experience adds context, tools make issues visible and mentoring helps you reach and own the decision.

01

Commercial experience

Relevant patterns, lessons and questions from real growth, marketing and operating decisions.

02

Practical business tools

Diagnostics and frameworks that make complexity visible while leaving room for the realities of your business.

03

Mentoring skill

Listening, challenge and reflection help you improve your judgement and own the final decision.

See clearly. Decide deliberately. Act and learn

We follow a clear structure. Each session responds to the evidence, priorities and decisions emerging in your business.

01. Establish

Define the real objective

Clarify the business, your role, the decision in front of you and what meaningful progress would look like.

02. Examine

Find the constraint

Use evidence, questions and relevant tools to test your first description of the problem.

03. Decide

Build the plan

Choose the priorities, actions and leadership commitments that form your Growth & Leadership Plan.

04. Act & review

Learn from reality

Act between sessions, inspect what happened and use the evidence to strengthen the next decision.

Choose a mentor who understands the commercial decisions behind growth

I have helped build a brand to its first £1 million in revenue and supported others as they grew beyond it. My work has covered acquisition, offers, content, email, customer journeys, launches and the systems connecting them.

I have worked across ecommerce, aesthetics, beauty, fashion, hospitality and multi-location businesses. That breadth helps me recognise patterns; the mentoring process stops me assuming your answer before understanding your business.

For owners with something real to examine and the authority to change it

The strongest fit is an established owner-led business with customers, evidence and a consequential decision. Come prepared to look honestly at the situation and act on what you decide.

This is likely to fit if

  • You own the business or hold senior decision-making responsibility
  • The business is trading and has genuine customer or financial evidence
  • You face a growth, leadership, team, strategic or operational decision
  • You welcome thoughtful challenge and honest disagreement
  • You can make time to act and reflect between sessions

Choose different support if

  • You are still looking for your first viable business idea
  • You need urgent legal, financial, clinical or mental-health advice
  • You want someone else to make every decision or run the company for you
  • You mainly need a done-for-you marketing service
  • You want a guaranteed outcome while keeping everything the same

Ten hours of focused work across six months

Ten live hours provide enough space to understand the situation, act between conversations and return with evidence. The work should leave you with stronger judgement and greater confidence in your own decisions.

Before you request a call

What is the difference between mentoring and consulting?

Mentoring strengthens how you understand, decide and lead. I may share relevant commercial experience and tools. The final decision and responsibility stay with you. Consulting or implementation is a separate service.

How are the ten hours scheduled?

They are normally arranged as 60 or 90-minute sessions across no more than six months. We agree the initial rhythm together and adapt it when the work requires more time for action or reflection.

What happens between sessions?

You act on agreed priorities and gather evidence. The engagement includes defined clarification check-ins. Unlimited messaging and emergency support sit outside the package.

Do I need to be on Help to Grow?

No. This is an independent private engagement. My Help to Grow mentoring and ABM training support the method and credibility, but this service is contracted separately with Crunchy Ads.

Can you implement the marketing work as well?

Potentially, if it is relevant and both sides agree. It would have a separate scope, fee and objective so the mentoring relationship does not quietly turn into agency delivery.

Request a private 20-minute alignment call

We will establish the decision you are facing, why it matters now and whether private mentoring is the right form of support. The call is free and there is no obligation to continue.

  • A focused conversation about fit and the decision you face
  • A clear answer on whether my experience is relevant
  • If there is a fit, an explanation of the ten-hour engagement
